In college I had completed Level 1 British sign language, after one of my teachers taught us how to communicate in sign language.
I also learned skills in First Aid when we had the ambulance come in to teach us about how to perform CPR in college, so hopefully I'll get my certificate in those.
I also have certificates from when i used to do swimming out of school when I was younger and moved up to new levels.
I hope to have a career within a service advisor sector because I enjoy helping people and would like to build positive relationships with customers by providing professional advice and support.am eager to develop my customer service.
