• At the start of 2022, I was teaching family members with learning disabilities. I soon noticed that I could start my own tuition company with my talents in tutoring and independence. I named it Insight Learning and have not looked back since.
• I registered my company and soon started advertising. I was flooded with customers who had heard of my name and became my loyal customers. I then acquired insurance and began teaching.
• Insight Learning and I have gone through a lot over the past few years, with me learning from each phase and learning how to expand my business and become better.
• Insight Learning has worked alongside other organisations and big names, partnering up with WizAcademy in running 11+ classes on weekends within Priory School Edgbaston, as well as helping students with learning disabilities
• I have learnt to do my invoices as well as my statements and expenses, really understand how to run a business, deal with different types of customers and learn to take full responsibility when things aren't steady. A ship on which I am still onboard and as of currently Insight Learning has taken on the most students it has ever taken on and that number keeps on growing.

A company specialising in broadband unit installation based in Warrington, Cheshire. The business contacted me and offered to develop it from the ground up. My role within the company is to help increase sales, with a background in customer support and customer service coming in handy. I often find myself approaching firms and businesses directly that are starting up and need broadband service, selling packages to them via the phone or in person, and assisting in setting up units when needed.

• I devise comprehensive business plans, enabling sustainable growth.

It gave me an insight into how the firm operates using internal software

It developed my auditing skills as well as be able to manage and input data consistently and quickly managing over 20 customers per day

This job gave me a significant amount of skills needed within the accounting world, with the understanding of financial statements

• McDonald's taught so much about work and how companies operate
• I had to pick up how to work with timing and under immense pressure quickly to compete and keep up with peers
• A few months in, I settled in and learnt my way around the workplace, memorising stock and assisting in every field
• If given a quota I would meet it without fail especially if knowing how much my peers would benefit from it
• I was a key component in increasing sales over the summer by 7% as quoted by my ex-manager, and also part of the Christmas team that set a record breakfast of £22000 in 5 hours
