• Attending early morning ongoing hand over meeting between on call nephrology team and surgical team
• Attending ward rounds with on call consultants communicating with patient progress, formulating care plan
• Attending vascular and transplant clinic observing how register and consultants communicate take comprehensive history, breaking the diagnosis, discuss further evaluation of treatment options.
• Observing in Renal transplant recipient surgeries, Donor nephrectomy, AV fistula formation surgeries
• Attending Mortality and Morbidity meetings where a team of doctors discuss adverse patient outcomes and mortality rates to improve patient safety and quality of care

• My role involves handling out patients, clarifying their attenders concerns, admitting patients by assessing their mental, emotional and financial status and formulating care plan along with consultants.
• Conducting ward rounds, providing pain and symptomatic treatments, breaking bad news to patient families by forming a team of senior physicians, psychologists and nurses
• Attending family and care giver meeting to discuss any changes in current plan which involves holistic approach of medical, social, financial well being of patient
• Doing home visits along with team of doctors and social workers as a part of hospice policy, offering emotional support and bereavement services to assist families in coping with their loss and grief.

• .It is a 500 bedded hospital with Joint Committee international(JCI) and National accredited Board for hospitalsand health care(NABH)
• worked as a night duty ward doctor with 1:2 ratio of 15 hour shift in wards which involves patients of GeneralMedicine, Obstetrics and gynaecology, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, General Surgery, Surgical oncology, Orthopaedics,Urology, Ent, Cardiothoracic Surgery departments
• My role involves conducting regular evening ward rounds, monitoring patient progress, reviewing the investigations, imaging studies, updating to on call registers
• Implementing infection control measures, maintaining a safe environment for staff and patient,
• Additionally, monitoring nurses work and resolving patients conflicts to maintain smooth functioning of the ward.
• Recognising medical emergencies, taking leadership role, forming team along with nurses, handling situation calmly without any pressure escalating case to senior doctors in the management of critically ill patients
• Attending monthly multi disciplinary meetings for more efficient health care delivery to patient

• It is 50 bedded hospital, my work mainly involves in General Surgery observing and gynaecology ,orthopaedics, and emergency department ,from morning 9 am to evening 5 pm with night duty once a week.
• In out patient involves taking comprehensive history of patient performing relevant examinations send necessary investigations and making provisional diagnosis, doing dressings, documenting the notes of patient and admitting patients who require further surgical evaluation
• In wards checking up patient, getting ready with preoperative check list like sending blood tests, grouping crossmatching, arranging blood bags, imaging studies.
• followup post operative care of the patient, preparing the team for any unforeseen post -op complication
• In A&E, managing patients in ABCD approach performing initial stabilisation by debriefing along with team of nurses

delegating the tasks, handling high pressures without loosing calm and taking decisions

• It is a 100 bedded hospital my duty involved in General surgery department from 9 am to 5 pm for 5 day a week
• Managed emergency situations for the timely provision of critical medical help.

• its a 12 months internship rotations of 2months each like General surgery,General medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, social preventive medicine and1 month rotations each in paediatrics, orthopaedics departments 15 days each in psychiatry , ophthalmology , Ent,anaesthesia,emergency medicine(A&E)
• My role involves working as a junior doctor in outpatients, wards, doing on call duties weekly twice a day.
• taking history performing relavent investigations, writing admission notes, doing necessary followup of investigation formulating care plan along with consultant.
• My internship started with A&E where I learned my hands on clinical skills from history taking, performing relevant examinations to clinical skills (venipuncture , iv canulas, ABG , foleys and Ryles tube catheterisations, wearing splints,POP cast application.
• In A&E I learned and implemented how to approach patients using ABCD, have situational awareness, decision making , team working and leadership and task management and hand over patient supine SBAR approach
