Moreover, i can diligently and clearly communicate with customers about queries or problems.

Avid reader- I enjoy many literary works especially that of Shakespeare my favourite being Macbeth. My English skills have provided me with great  communication skills as well as an ability to critically think.

Sociology- I have an intense passion for sociology and try to learn everything about the subject and the inner workings of societal structures enabling me to have a more thorough understanding of others.

Puzzles/Cards/Board games- As well as being very entertaining i love puzzles and board games for their ability to improve my problem solving skills and connect people together. In a world where many are isolated and attached to their phones board games in my opinion are a great way to improve relationships and bond.

Improving Spanish Skills- Even though i have already completed my GCSE Spanish course i am dedicated to improving my Spanish skills and am actively teaching myself on Duolingo and thoroughly enjoy it.
