• Strategic Technical Advisory- Leveraging comprehensive industry knowledge, I provide actionable guidance and support to IOSH members , and non-members and different stakeholders, shaping safer workplaces through evidence-based strategies. • OSH Content Development and Knowledge Leadership: With my subject matter expertise, I develop required training materials for facilitating continuous professional development (CPD) for IOSH members. I've also led content creation initiatives that align with current and future industry needs (e.g Digitised ,and AI-Driven workplaces). My work has included the development of impactful training materials, risk assessment guides,technical journal articles, and resources that support IOSH’s strategic mission to advance rehgional , and global OSH. standards.

• Stakeholder Engagement and Influence- I nourish strong, trust-based relationships with a diverse network of professionals, from IOSH members to regulatory authorities. Through effective communication and collaborative problem-solving, I have successfully influenced industry leaders to embrace proactive, risk-based safety measures, furthering IOSH’s role as a central voice in OSH

• Company Overview: Ahwaz, Sepehr & Jufeir oil field development project
• I was in charge of Sepehr & Jufair oil field construction phase EHS supervision and as OSHE advisor my tasks were including but not limited to:
• Reviewing, revising and updating site Health and Safety documents such as site risk assessments, safety checklists, HSE compliance records etc…
• Being in charge of OSH committee and organising OSH committee meetings
• Organising internal audits to check the compliance of both the company and contractors based on ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Daily safety supervision on site activities such as: scaffolding, lifting, excavation, work at height, hot work activities etc… and preparation of daily safety observation reports and taking systematic approach to record and follow up observed HSE nonconformities
• Complete establishment of PTW system in site
• Organising safety trainings and conducting practical drills to familiarize personnel with their roles during emergencies
• Monitoring personnel job related health impacts by regular analysing the work place hazardous factors
• Conducting safety training to personnel regarding: scaffolding and work at height safety, lifting safety, excavation safety, Radiography safety, defensive driving etc…
• Checking construction of site safety equipment based on as-built drawings
• Organizing weekly and monthly HSE meetings
• Implementation of ERP (Emergency Response Plan) and MEDEVAC (Medical and Evacuation ) plan in site and training ERT team based on these plans.
• Reviewing and updating site firefighting plan and monitoring on well implementation of approved fire fighting strategy
• Inspecting the installation of site safety critical equipment including ESDVs, PSVs, deluge systems in accordance with approved P&IDs
• Assist in HAZOP studies, and inform the relevant stakeholders about the results

Oversaw Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for the North Azadegan central oil and gas process facility, including its 75,000-barrel oil treatment capacity and 40 million cubic meter gas treatment capabilities, from construction through start-up and operational phases.

• Health & Safety Systems- Established and maintained a robust Safety Management System aligned with ISO 45001, integrating safety protocols across all project phases to drive a culture of safety compliance.
• Risk Management & Safety Protocols- Led Risk-Based Inspections (RBI) during Hydrocarbon process phase, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) development tailord to highly hazardous activities. Trained personnel on critical safety topics, including gas testing, SCBA use, Hydrogen Sulphied gas awareness, and emergency protocols.
• Process Safety & Compliance- Spearheaded the setup of a comprehensive Process Safety Management system, supervising hazardous activities such as vessel entry, hot work, lifting, scaffolding, and work-at-height operations.
• Pre-Commissioning Safety Review- Conducted Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSSR) during pre-commissioning, setting standards for safety compliance and readiness, including site-wide Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures and risk assessments.
• Emergency Response & Security: Led site firefighting and oil spill response operations, including management of firefighting systems, foam packages, and emergency drills. Strengthened site security by coordinating with local law enforcement, managing CCTV, and overseeing access control.
• Environmental Stewardship- Conducted environmental monitoring, managed industrial waste disposal, and submitted annual environmental review reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• H2S (Hydrogen Sulphide) Safety Systems- Led the installation and maintenance of H2S safety infrastructure, including H2S detection units, air manifolds, breathing apparatuses, and escape masks, ensuring critical safety readiness.
• Personnel Training & Emergency Preparedness: Conducted targeted training programs on H2S safety protocols, SCBA use, and emergency procedures. Organised BOP (Blowout Preventer) drills, reinforcing operational response to high-risk scenarios.
