  • Competitive analysis and Marketing strategy – Sales Methods Ltd Future success Programme Information Brochure, 2025-07-01, 1 month, I formed a group of 5 people to write a detailed overview of the key competitors in the salesforce eco system, highlighting their products, pricing, market position and Ai strategies for sales methods competitive position. We assessed how AI can have an impact for Sales Method Ltd by focusing on which tools, strategies and opportunities can be used to help them implement it for their needs long term. As a group, we came up with recommendations for sales method to be able to strengthen the market position by adding AI for improved visibility and differentiation. We finally all presented our report back to the Ceo and the manager in a live zoom meeting to present what we researched.
  • IEUK: TECHNOLOGY-BT roadmap, 2024-06-01, 1 month, I was assigned a Task by the Product Manager from BT to complete a Roadmap that is feasible for 6 months based on user feedback on a fitness app. I Implemented a Roadmap timeline sheet to know what tasks were the priority and created deadlines for when each tasks needed to be complete. This was to ensure that the product would be delivered to users on time and in the best time possible that can attract more users into the fitness app.
