
I am an enthusiastic marketing student currently studying in my second year at the University of West of England in Bristol. I am a driven worker with previous experience in fast-paced roles working in the customer service industry. I enjoy working as part of a team and prioritise communication and organisation in both a work and everyday environment.
My main roles in this family run business are to work closely with kitchen and waiting staff to ensure the quality of both food and service is to a high standard. This job has taught me how to work efficiently whilst remaining calm under pressure.
This establishment is a fast-paced seaside restaurant in which my main roles as supervisor are to provide both positive and constructive feedback to staff, as well as delegating tasks and delivering leadership skills to ensure that customers receive excellent service. I also process payments and complete close down procedures.
In this role I was tasked with tackling complaints, directing and assisting clients, managing phone calls and ensuring confidentiality.
