I am a qualified teacher with 14 years of teaching experience. During my career, I have become a Lead within my subject area and have progressed to Faculty Lead, where I now manage a department of five staff across five different subjects. In progressing this way, it has helped me to multitask and make more effective decisions, balancing how I collaborate with each department and still ensuring high standards of running my own subject area. I believe that by having a strong work ethic and excellent people skills, I always strive to support others and ensure excellent collaboration. I value honesty, hard work and working with others.
