Outside of college, every opportunity was seized to gain real-life experience. First, joining GNR8 Academy for work experience eventually led to a part-time role as a boxing coach. Working in the gym built confidence and improved the ability to communicate clearly with people of all ages. Over time, significant improvement was achieved, along with the development of strong leadership skills through planning sessions and supporting others. Experience in retail developed teamwork and time management during busy periods. Participation in local charity events strengthened organisation skills under pressure and enhanced communication with a wide range of people. These experiences, especially coaching, contributed to increased confidence and proficiency in working with others, preparing for real challenges in everyday situations.
