I completed a level 3 BTEC & NVQ Apprenticeship (3Yrs) and moving on to gain a HNC (+2 Yrs) in Mechanical Engineering in this time.
I've received certificates for Fanuc Programming, Calypso Basic, Virtual Gear Measurement (BGA), AS9100 Internal Auditing
I currently have exposure to:
- Zeiss CMMs (Duramax and Contura) - (CALYPSO) Programming and Operating Regularly
- Wenzel CMMs,
Programming and Operating Regularly
- TESA Scan/Pro Measure/ Pro Composer Both Writing and Operating programs
- FAI and PPAP reporting
- AS9100 Internal Auditing
- 8D & Root Cause Analysis

I have previously had exposure to:
- RZ300E Gear Grinding, I've spent some time Setting and Operating this Machine and one similar.
- +GF+ Charmilles Wire Eroder (CUT 300 ms) and Spark Eroder(FORM E 350) spending some time Programming and Operating both of these.
- Doosan Lynx/Puma, Programming, Setting and Operating spending most of my shopfloor experience on these Machines
- Mazatrol Programming, I've spent a little time Programming and Operating using this software.
