Currently supporting the Group's enterprise risk strategy, with responsibility for developing, embedding, and enhancing key elements of the risk framework across global operations. Key achievements include:

• Facilitated workshops with stakeholders in the UK, Africa, LATAM and China to identify risks, assess them and plan mitigation strategies
• Supported risk strategy delivery across multiple levels of the organisation (Executive, Senior Management, Projects and Operations)
• Led key improvement initiatives for the risk management framework, including a bespoke PowerBi solution
• Mentored junior members of the Risk team to strengthen capability and drive knowledge sharing
• Gained detailed knowledge of the metals, minerals and solid fuels sectors
