• Deployed on a complex tri service operation overseas, with a submission to the Kings New Years Honours List on return for MBE.

Provide 3 Commando Brigade with planning, integration and delivery of strike capabilities as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller.

• Planned and conducted bespoke strike capabilities in multiple environments internationally.
• Developed briefings to senior MOD personnel including the secretary of defence increasing awareness of strike capabilities for 3 Commando Brigade.
• Regularly leasing with partner agencies, foreign nations and pilots to successfully deliver commander intents.
• Responsible for maintaining multi million pound mission essential equipment for operational capabilities around the globe.
• Planned and conducted bespoke technical training to a wide audience identifying problems leading to changes in how training is delivered to wider brigade.
• Executed the delivery of the new F35-B Jets into the new role out of small man teams for the future commando force and foreign nations.
• Delivered strike capabilities from multiple platforms at once within the same airspace to delivery commanders intent on the ground adapting to mission changes at short notice.
• Led as a SNCO JTAC TACP 2IC, mentoring and developing upcoming controllers.
