Worked within the Track Response Team, supporting fault-finding, inspections and remedial activities to restore railway operations and minimise service disruption. Applied Network Rail standards, policies and procedures to maintain safety and compliance requirements. Supported the management of track maintenance activities, inspection programmes, defect management, work prioritisation, possession planning and resource coordination. Assisted in identifying infrastructure risks and implementing maintenance solutions to improve safety, reliability and operational performance.
