Day Surgery Unit

• Admit patients for scheduled appointments; perform mandatory presurgical health checks prior to progression: vital signs, urinalysis, and weight and height measurements.
• Patient health education upon discharge.
• Perform and interpret ECG readings and escalate abnormalities.

Neurology Ward 

• Suicide ideation and comforting patients with distressing thoughts and hallucinations.
• Insertion and removal of NG tubes, routine medicine administration and nutritional management.
• Seizure management.

Additional placement experience will be provided upon request.
