Head of CTB (Change the Bank) organisation delivering a multi-year programme of transformation across Security Settlements globally – modernization, regulatory adherence, business enablement and efficiency via automation.


Leadership of Agile Fleet consisting of over 300 Ops, CTB and Technology staff, with an annualized delivery budget of in excess of $30m.


Programme Director accountable for legacy modernisation of Morgan Stanleys global Security Settlements infrastructure, from on-prem legacy mainframe to new distributed Cloud environments (a Firm Level objective for Morgan Stanley).


Performed C-Suite engagement with Firm Senior Management (Steering Group and IBR) to provide regular appraisal on progress, secure required funding tranches and detail progress against core objectives and agreed plan timelines.


Devised strategy for a scaled Agile delivery Fleet, utilizing customized versions of Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe & LeSS Huge), managing in excess of 30 Agile squads delivering across multiple regional market workstreams to achieve migration to the Cloud – tech infrastructure, core processing (market settlement, inventory & fails management, client asset seg, netting), enhanced automation, user interfaces and external market/counterparty connectivity.


Additional roles include Senior Automation Champion for Shared Services & Banking Operations and Senior Transformation Lead for EMEA Operations. Key accountabilities include contribution to one million hours of Ops capacity savings (Firm Level objective), fostering a culture of innovation, promotion of up-skilling through training/certification of global User populations and leading strategic F2B deep-dives for idea generation targeted to remove manual activity through AI, User-Led and ProDev automation (UiPath, PowerApps, Celonis, Co-Pilot, Alteryx & Gene AI).


Successfully led delivery of Technology and Operational Readiness programmes for BREXIT, CSDR and NA T+1 regulatory/market changes for global settlement.

Led a globally distributed team of 140+ FTE across EMEA, ASIA and NA locational hubs, including Third Party Vendor teams across India (Chennai & Nagpur) and Mexico (Guadalajara).


Executed a strategic plan for Global Reconciliations Utility, saving $7m USD and achieving a 5-year ROI of 267%.


Migrated reconciliations infrastructure onto SOX compliant platforms, reducing risk and annual IT costs by over $1m USD.
