Additional roles include Senior Automation Champion for Shared Services & Banking Operations and Senior Transformation Lead for EMEA Operations. Key accountabilities include contribution to one million hours of Ops capacity savings (Firm Level objective), fostering a culture of innovation, promotion of up-skilling through training/certification of global User populations and leading strategic F2B deep-dives for idea generation targeted to remove manual activity through AI, User-Led and ProDev automation (UiPath, PowerApps, Celonis, Co-Pilot, Alteryx & Gene AI).

Successfully led delivery of Technology and Operational Readiness programmes for BREXIT, CSDR and NA T+1 regulatory/market changes for global settlement.

Firm representative at various Industry and Regulatory forum – AFME Cloud Working Group, PRA, SEC Quarterly Market update and FRB Exams related to Cloud Technologies.

Head of Global Reconciliations Utility (GRU); key responsibilities included the accuracy of Cash & Stock Trade Settlement, Morgan Stanley Sub-Ledger (daily Stock Positions & Cash Balances) and daily Client Asset/Money protection obligations.

Led a globally distributed team of 140+ FTE across EMEA, ASIA and NA locational hubs, including Third Party Vendor teams across India (Chennai & Nagpur) and Mexico (Guadalajara).

Executed a strategic plan for Global Reconciliations Utility, saving $7m USD and achieving a 5-year ROI of 267%.

Migrated reconciliations infrastructure onto SOX compliant platforms, reducing risk and annual IT costs by over $1m USD.

Implemented advanced automation techniques (Machine Learning) reducing vendor footprint by circa 70 headcount and delivering $2m USD in annualised savings.

Successfully managed the migration of Corporate Bank Reconciliations (Poole) to Barclays Investment Banking Ops (Glasgow).

Head of Change for Reconciliation Services Utility (RSU).

Led the global transformation agenda for Reconciliation Services Utility (RSU), managing Change, Consultant, and Technology resources to deliver against the Reconciliations portfolio for Barclays Operations.

Managed the expansion of global Change organization for RSU across Glasgow, London, and New York.

Programme Managed the successful migration of Barclays CREST Participant and Sub-Ledger from Barclays Wealth to Barclays Capital.
