  • Supported stores by completing brand and food safety audits with coaching and follow up support to increase capability in achieving a pass which would benefit the store and area scorecard.
  • People Champion P1-2 2026; periodically confirming each store in the area has a pipeline of talent for progression and stepping in to actively support or train management in high risk store who are below management optimums
  • Created HR training which was delivered to management within the Edinburgh area aiming to upskill Team Leaders in basic people processes such as informal and formal conversations, investigations and disciplinaries using scenarios and examples as well as upskilling on company people metrics such as EpT to strengthen capability and increase management confidence and engagement in managing people. Shared this with both PCCs of the region.

Programmes and training

APRIL 2017 HR BASICS TRAINING

  • Full day course working through HR processes such as fact findings, disciplinaries, witness statements, evidence collation and safeguarding steps in relation to people management delivered by internal HR consultant from ODEON as part of Cinema Experience Manager training prior to sign-off to ensure full competency with HR processes.

MAY 2018 – DECEMBER 2018 ODEON TALENT PROGRAMME ‘EXPERIENCE HEROES’

  • Participated in upskilling programme which gave experience in brand audits, profit analysis, guest experience and team development followed by a 4x 4 week project on each of those topics in preparation for further development within company. Projects were presentated to Regional Manager and Area Managers of the ODEON company and ensured capability in driving KPIs, developing initiatives to improve all areas of the business such as accounts and brand standards and as well as self-assessing own and other's performance.

JUNE 2024 EMERGENCY FIRST AID IN THE WORKPLACE COURSE

  • Thorough and robust training in adult and child CPR, dressing wounds, managing shock and panic and general first aid. Valid until June 2027.

JUNE 2026 ER BASICS SESSION

  • Scenario based training working through a real ER case from investigation to appeal delivered by regional People Coach to upskill General Managers on ER processes, employment laws and financial impacts of malpractice or substandard adherence to process
