  • Managing relationship with key stakeholders in all aspects of recruitment on a global basis level of stakeholder

  • Reviewed both live and historic data for all hires to identify potential improvements to the recruitment process. Specific focus on Time to Hire & diversity metrics
  • Developed shorter interview processes for more junior level hires gaining a 50% reduction in time to hire, whilst also increasing the success of completions by 10%

  • Manage and monitor existing PSL agency suppliers, ensuring performance and quality was high., regularly calling/meeting to ensure they understand our company needs
  • Negotiated with more agencies to increase number on PSL due to high levels of recruitment activity
  • Gave input to strategic leaders on right course to follow for employing staff, advising them through the strict company processes. Created in house events & attend tech related events, with a focus on diversity
  • Oversaw Apprentice recruitment campaign twice. Created our branded home page with their design team and ran through checks to ensure applicants found their way to the right landing page to complete their application & worked with training provider to ensure that we understood all requirements to satisfy the governments guidelines for hiring apprentices
