As someone who is very social I like working in groups or getting the satisfaction of achieving success on an individual basis too. I especially enjoy taking things apart to see how they work. I feel committed to continuous learning and development, with a readiness to embrace new challenges and contribute positively to our team goals. I like to keep myself fit playing rugby for Barking & Dagenham Rugby Club, cycling, golfing and fishing to relax.

Doing my "work experience" here was a brilliant introduction to my chosen career as a maintenance electrician.. During this I shadowed qualified electricians on routine safety and performance checks to ensure compliance with regulations and operating system. examples of this were:-

* Morning checks to ensure the BMS (Building Management System) computer was working correctly. Items such as boilers, chillers, ventilation, extraction, condenser, and automated client access door systems were checked.

* Multiple repair requirements were identified including area lighting, client space heating temperature adjustments, toilet extraction, sprinkler and Fire Alarm testing.

* Monitoring / completing different logbooks for example; Water Treatment and Fire Alarms.
