My role as Administrator required me to learn and adapt to various software such as Microsoft Excel and Teams to carry out the following tasks:

• Compiled essential data into useful spreadsheets enhancing overall understanding of business performance.
• Increased efficiency of document retrieval with a well-organised filing system.
• Resolved minor technical issues swiftly avoiding unnecessary delays in workflow.
• Handled sensitive information discreetly, maintaining confidentiality at all times as required by protocol.

Similar to my role as Tesco, however given more responsibility to work independently such as:

• Price and product changing
• Counting of units in stock
• , Accepting deliveries and reviewing product damage if needed.

These roles eventually leading me to become hand selected for Freshness training and allowing me to teach new comers and already employed colleagues alike the correct procedure and initiative to therefore complete the task handed at the level expected from the employer and management alike.

• My role as a Warehouse operative was to prepare and deliver cages to the correct distribution lane as instructed, This had to be completed within a time frame as standards were kept to ensure the job was being completed swiftly and with little interruption.

Was previously employed as a customer service worker for Tesco, I worked there for 2 years. The tasks given to me were as listed:

• Collaborated efficiently with team members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Operated till systems smoothly, streamlining check-out process for customers.
• Monitored inventory levels routinely to avoid stock-outs or overstocking issues.
• Stocked shelves regularly for easy access to products by customers.
