BEN ISAAC OXLEY

• On a weekly basis (often Thursdays or Wednesdays) I volunteer with severn Trent park rangers.
• This not only helps maintain the local environment, but also demonstrates my ability to remain focused and dedicated to a role.
• Since the beginning I have been doing many jobs including tree planting, dry stone walling, dead hedging and litter picking in many weather conditions.
• Built and positioned nesting boxes, encouraging bird breeding.
• Overall it has allowed me to witness and appreciate the importance of hard work and its positive effects, whether that be in the natural environment or a professional environment. Volunteering has also improved my understanding of local ecology.
• Whittling is a hobby of mine as well as spending time in nature, making my passion for work in this sector stronger.

Observing therapy sessions with children suffering with ......

• This allowed me to build my interpersonal skills and furthered my level of responsibility.
• Additionally, my ability to be a patient, warm and easily approachable figure assisted me in this role.

• I assisted in teaching younger karate students to further their progress during my personal 9 years of learning.
• This not only shows my ability to comfortably work in a group setting and relay knowledge but also demonstrates a high standard of commitment.
