Summary

My working life has been in customer facing roles which I enjoy. I am able to deal with people in various situations and am very able to calm and ressure and also diffuse contentious situations. I remain calm under pressure, deal with each circumstance as needed and am often able to see a situation starting and deal with it before it escalates.

In my role as dog warden we issued fixed penalty notices which were often not well recieved but I dealt with these in a calm and professional manner.

I have handled payments in cash and electronically and am at ease doing so.
