I am responsible for looking after the company stores and running the parts department.
Through this role I have had to deal with more than 2.5k individual different parts which come from various UK and European Suppliers, ensuring that adequate stock levels were maintained and there were no 'Stock Outs', dealing with customer enquiries that came via e-mail, phone calls, or in person, maintaining the stores and ensuring all parts locations were updated.

I was responsible for looking after the company issued tool and small plant that was issued to the various subcontractors daily.
I was responsible for ensuring that any tooling that got broken or damaged was quickly replaced, making sure that all tools and plant were located on the asset register and investigating any discrepancies.
Responsibility for the site PPE Store, issuing PPE to new starters and current subbies and making sure that the correct items were kept in stock.

I was responsible for looking after the company stores, which meant ensuring that all stored materials, tools and plant were sent to the right jobs at the right time, ensuring that any materials that came back from Jobs was stored, recorded and reused as required, ordering of stocked sundry items (Mastic, Glue, Screws etc.), liaising with the site teams to ensure we had the correct items on stock for their jobs or for any upcoming work, control of company branded and site-specific PPE.
Preventive maintenance of tools and small plant, I also successfully set up and ran the company eBay store.
