Russell Ryan (DoB: 26/06/2008)

Hard working and friendly individual who enjoys engaging confidently with others of all ages. Demonstrates attention to detail in areas of interest and enjoys following instructions while effectively using initiative. Fast learner and willing to adopt flexible shift patterns, meeting the needs of the customer and is dedicated to helping individuals. Capable of working as part of a team as well as independently and dedicated to help and support colleagues when needed. Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining high standards of service. Reliable in time management and committed to show up on time to all shifts.

• Judo: I have recently taken up judo. I have achieved my red belt in the last few weeks and am developing my experience, skills and knowledge to Kyu levels.
• Mountain Biking: I enjoy mountain biking and explore trails locally and further afield when time allows
• Dry Arch Community Allotments: I regularly contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the community allotments. This involves working with other people across a wide age range and backgrounds. I enjoy working with all of the members planting, looking after and harvesting crops and ensuring the 4 acre site is well maintained.

I am in my final few weeks at St Brendan's Sixth Form College where I am studying 'A' Levels in Geography, Music Technology and Design Engineering. 

Once I have completed my exams (Early June) I am looking to gain employment locally which will allow me to take time away from education, widen my experiences and skills and assess my best route forward around education and employment.
