-Certifying maintenance tasks on the ramp within A3 Scope (B777 GE90+RR Trent 800)
-Carrying out Routine Ramp Checks, ensuring that all incoming defects are rectified or deferred safely and promptly, minimising the risk of delays.
-Regularly participating in ADD hit teams to progress and/or close aircraft deferred defects to maintain operational reliability.
-Ensuring aircraft airworthiness in short turnarounds through efficient time management, continuous improvement, and effective planning.
-Skilled in handling urgent crew call outs, quickly diagnosing concerns and delivering precise, safety focused guidance, even when working against potential delays and high pressure conditions.
-Working with the Critical Defect Team based in Terminal 5 to predominantly (but not limited to) clear acceptable deferred defects, incoming defects and carry out servicing on B777, B787 and A380 aircraft.
-Obtained my Part-66 Category A aircraft maintenance license.
