Assisting in provision of decontamination, checking, assembly, packing, and sterilization of medical and surgical instrument & equipment to operating theatres in hospitals, clinical department, and relevant paramedical departments.

• Working alongside a team to ensure all departments are fully functional and well-maintained
• Manually compiling and identifying names of surgical instruments and equipment to compile surgical trays' checklists
• Solving problems and errors concerning missing and decontaminated surgical instruments and trays
• Reporting issues and faults on sterilizing machinery inclusive of Steelco washers and autoclaves to engineers and suggesting alternatives to ensure continuous smooth operation of the decontamination unit
• Prioritizing urgent surgical trays and organizing swift delivery of prioritized trays to hospitals and clinical units

Undergone rotational training in a total of 9 hospital laboratory departments, inclusive of Heamatology, Microbiology, Cytology, Histology, Automation, Serology, Blood Bank, Specimen Reception, and Out-Patient departments.

• Placing patients' tissues into wax in liquid form following by freezing to undergo tissue staining
• Arranging smeared and stained slides accordingly to transfer them into the storage room
• Streaking of patients' samples onto various types of agar plates (XLD agar, blood agar, anaerobic agar, SDA agar, MAC agar)
• Manually staining and smearing of patients' blood samples onto microscopic slides
• Conducting serum bilirubin, Pro PNB, Trop T, Dengue, Covid-19 tests
• Undergo countless phlebotomy procedures
