I have extensive experience working with cross functional teams, facilitating meetings and ceremonies, organizing, negotiating, presenting, coaching and resolving conflict. In the last ten years I have worked as a marketing executive with Nigeria's largest insurance company, a scrum master/ business analyst and most recently as a planning admin in an agile manufacturing environment. My most important skill, is my ability to effectively use empathy in different business scenarios. I am able to suspend agenda, listen to understand and I am committed to achieving a win/win or no deal in most negotiations. I have strong interpersonal skills, effective information/ requirement gathering techniques, problem solving and business re-engineering techniques.

HOBBIES , Chess; part of the Huddersfield chess club Martial arts; trained in Taekwondo and Thai boxing Travelling; been to 13 out of the 36 states in my country and all the major towns in west Yorkshire Reading books on personal development. Acquiring new skill.

Volunteer Media Officer 

Social media manager across numerous platforms, grew Instagram page from 525 to over 700 subscribers, generating over 15,000 engagements within the time frame. Also managed WhatsApp and telegraph accounts, creating copies to disseminate information to students. Started a radio show still in existence, and found new platforms and activities to generate student engagement. They organized and promoted 9 events within the time frame, including a movie viewing of the first Nigerian biopic, which had the movie writer and director in attendance and over 90 guests. Managed relationships between society and other interest groups. Worked effectively in a team with others, and also led several volunteers. Actively sourced for support to facilitate society activity, including fundraising for different events. 

University of Huddersfield, Student Union Rep; 

Relayed student challenges to the student union, helped with disseminating information to students, ran for president of the student union, started a campaign Instagram page with 472 followers, andused the platform to create awareness on different topics including diversity and equality. Ran for student president of the university, andcame second in a very tightly contested race. Coordinated an election campaign, managed election volunteers and communicated shared values with hundreds of students who voted for me
