part time role

-through my role as a care assistant i have learnt to adapt to situations under pressure, carry out risk assessments quickly and efficiently, compassion, empathy and key communication skills necessary to provide an excellent level of care. liaising with ambulance services, district nurses and community matrons is a core responsibility

-completed the care certificate which has furthered my understanding of the care industry and my role.

-alongside my role as a care assistant i work as an out of hours operative which consists of communicating directly with services users, their families, my colleagues and other fundamental people in the community to deal with requests, troubleshoot and provide support in situations whilst the office is closed .

part time role

- completed a level 2 qualification in safeguarding children to further my professional knowledge and experience

-assisted in organising large groups of children across multiple sports, strengthening leadership abilities

-maintained safety procedures and proper practice during activities, ensuring a secure environment for all participants
