Summary

I'm a dedicated and enthusiastic 16-year-old with strong communication and organisation skills. I pride myself on providing excellent customer service and staying calm under pressure. I’m confident when engaging with customers, attentive to their needs, and quick to learn new information, including menus and specials. I always aim to create a positive experience for others and work well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. I recently completed the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award, which challenged me to build teamwork, resilience, and problem-solving skills qualities I now bring into everything I do.

Work history

  • Although I haven’t had any paid work yet, I completed a one week work experience placement at Belfords Building Company, where I shadowed a project manager. This gave me valuable insight into the working world, including the importance of punctuality, professionalism, and clear communication. I was always willing to help where I could and made sure to be respectful, friendly, and reliable. This experience helped me develop a strong work ethic and confidence in a professional environment.

Education

GCSEs - the compulsory GCSE's. My additional subjects are business, geography and health and social care.
