I participated in a couple of team meetings taking notes on Notebook and distributed these out after the meeting via email. Also had a tour of the warehouse where I was able to explore from the various team members exactly what their roles entailed. I supported the team by demonstrating respect and willingness to help.

I worked in an office environment sending out estimates via email to customers on their faulty medical equipment and invoicing them once the repairs are carried out as well as organising the return of the equipment. I demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.

I enjoy helping at the riding stables where I have been riding for the past four years. I particularly like helping on pony days, guiding & assisting younger children with riding, grooming and games. I helped out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently.
