Throughout my time at Balmoral Care home I have gained experience to collaborate with my colleagues, when working under pressure to ensure that all residents receive the correct quality of care. Also, with my caring nature I have provided emotional support to the residents, improving their mental health. I have encourage independence towards the residents by assisting them beside them ensuring they receive all personal care needs.

I was given this opportunity to work with Balmoral care home due to my hours during placement. I was offered at job at the age of 17, a year later I feel that I have gained experience working with vulnerable individuals ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease.
