• Customer Service: Providing a warm welcome and high levels of customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, actively listening and problem solving where needed.
• Stock Management: Processing and preparing donated goods for sale, stocking shelves with merchandise, and ensuring accurate pricing and labelling. Ensuring the shop floor is tidy and welcoming and that back office/stock room is well organised.
• Administrative tasks: Operating the till for cash and card payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, and maintaining shop records, including gift aid.

These responsibilities are essential for maintaining the shop's operational efficiency, and contributing to the charity's success.

• Volunteering alongside Adult Leaders, offering fresh perspectives and practical support.
• Acting as a positive role model for the younger members.
• Assist with outdoor activities and workshops, promoting teamwork and leadership skills among members.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere, encouraging diversity, and fostering mutual respect among youths from varied backgrounds.
• Learning essential life skills, leadership abilities, and support the service requirements.
