- Importance of food allergies/customer requirements and fulfilling these adequately

- Using POS systems to process cash/card payments, refunds and manage inventory

- Experience working behind a bar and preparing/serving a range of beverages

- Efficiently hosting special functions and events with over 70 covers in one day
