Responsible worker, passionate about delivering outstanding quality and service. Striving to be my best self despite having learning difficulties. Even though I may not have the best of grades, I am always happy to undertake any training and qualifications that are required. Experience has been gained with children due to my siblings and my boyfriend's siblings. Like all children these children have developed differently and reached milestones at different stages. For example, two of my boyfriend's siblings have special educational needs, one on the spectrum and one with potential global developmental delay. I enjoy having fun with children and making them laugh. I am also a very creative person and can come up with activites to do with children. One of my weaknesses is that I do learn slower than others, but I try my best and put 100% into everything I do. I don't want my learning difficulties to hold me back, I want the same opportunites as everybody else.

I took part in a trial period at Little Village Nursery, Ansdell from 01/10/2024 to 21/10/2024.   During this period I completed multiple online courses about childcare and safeguarding along with gaining a good amount of experience and knowledge of the industry. I enjoyed this opportunity and it has pushed me more towards wanting to work in an early years setting.
