• Working with crew from around the world developing communication skills

• Onboard i was assisting the duty engineer with daily tasks while completing my TRB task for the merchant navy training board learnt valuable skills both onboard and during my college phases which helped me to be able to achieve my officer of the watch unlimited

Improved frying results through effective oil management, ensuring optimal quantity and temperature for each item.

Monitored equipment operation and controlled settings to steam, roast and grill food.

Facilitated smooth kitchen operations by monitoring inventory of food supplies and promptly reordering low-stock items.
