- I was self-employed with premises from 2016- 2020, at the time I was doing bodywork and managing the staff. Once it started affecting my health I changed the business into buying and selling motor vehicles from home, I did this between 2020- 2022 in my spare time as I am very passionate about cars. My main duties would be to buy, prep cars and then put them up for sale. I was responsible for inspecting the cars, assessing how much work will be needed and calculate the profit margin. Once I was certain that the car was ready to be sold and had been prepped to a high standard I would then advertise the cars for sale. Being in this business, it was important for me to build good rapport with my customers in order to have repeat buyers. I did this by being respectful, treating them with dignity and compassion. I ensured that I provided a professional customer focused service to all my clients by making sure that all their needs are being met and tailoring my service to support what matters to them.
