- During my summer internship at Turner & Townsend, I learned a vast number of skills such as working as part of a team, communicating effectively as well as a multitude of problem-solving skills. Presenting was a large factor over the three-week placement and has now become one of my most developed and comprehensive skills. Throughout the programme I often had to exercise researching and critical thinking skills, this has given me an insight into day-to-day work life challenges and how to best overcome these. I have also adapted other skills such as analytical skills, networking, and working to a budget.
