  • Lead in the development of multi-layer schedules from tender through to project execution using Primavera P6
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure schedules are realistic and achievable
  • Lead weekly production meetings to ensure schedule accuracy through critical path analysis and drive the team to target key areas of work

  • Lead in the development and maintenance of a multi-layer schedule using Oracle Primavera P6 from the early manufacturing stage, through block integration to vessel acceptance with input from key project stakeholders
  • Developed a manufacturing footprint which allowed for accurate tracking of units through the build and ensured the correct units were delivered for assembly in the order required as per the build method
  • Lead in the development of schedule driven quarterly lookaheads which help to ensure the correct areas of the ship are being targeted in a sequenced way
  • Prepare, analyse, and deliver weekly packs for reviews with management and sub-contractors with the goal of identifying any barriers to the completion of the scope set out in the quarterly look ahead, and if required carry out any reforecasting or scope reprioritisation
  • Ensured accurate mapping of activities from the level 4 schedule back to the level 3 customer reporting schedule for client update purposes
  • Highlight and advise on potential areas within the schedule that require assessment prior to weekly updates

  • Lead weekly production meetings to further ensure schedule accuracy through critical path analysis and review of top/bottom performing areas of work
