• Cash Management - Maintain integrity of cash plan ensuring all obligations are met

• Finance representation at Board, Directors and Leadership meetings
• Lead yearly financial audit and produce statutory accounts alongside external auditors
• Oversee VAT, CT61, P32 and P11d submissions
• Supervise weekly and monthly payroll to completion
• Generate long term IT strategy across the business

4 month fixed term contract tasked with project reporting for a high end interior design company, Improving internal financial control and streamlining processes.

• Reconciliation of multiple projects
• Reporting on project performance - including variance analysis
• Produce individual project P&Ls for company director
• Cash flow forecasting

3 month fixed term contract tasked with bringing the company finance function in house and generating financial procedures and control along with reporting standards.

• Improve accounting systems to allow for accurate data to be attained in a sustainable manor
• Generate Monthly management accounts
• Produce job costings and individual job P&L
• Process monthly payroll
• Guided Directors to form long term business plans
• Improve accounts process to ensure efficiency and compliance

• Generate and produce monthly Management Accounts for CEO to present to Board of Trustees
• Produce yearly budgets for CEO to review
• Update financial forecasts
• Work with External Auditors in the production of year end Financial Reports
• Produce reports for External Validators
• Process monthly payroll of circa 130 employees in Sage Payroll
• Co-ordinate International business activity to Contracted Terms
• Maintain Balance Sheet and complete all relevant reconciliations
