• helped implement new work centers working closely with the manufacturing engineer - this being a DMG Mori with pallet handler to give us flexibility and lights out machining.
• worked hard to get the most out of a back office system that was not being utilized correctly for the business

- Operated a CNC machines - Generally horizontal milling machines using mazatrol.

- inspected tooling to ensure endmills, drills or inserts were able to carry out the job required

- ensured i operated and maintained a tidy workspace

- FLT driving, loading, unloading wagons

- methodically counting and recording/maintaining stock levels

- operating in a safe working environment

- some CNC machining experience on lathes/mills when time allowed - using FANUC
