I am a Sport Psychologist who holds a multitude of roles across the Sport Psychology, Skill learning and youth development spaces. Currently I am the Lead Sport psychologist for 7 sports within Millfield senior School and Supporting England National Touch Rugby with their World Cup preparations. Additionally, I am currently a Postgraduate Researcher at Swansea University, researching expertise development, sports coaching and the design and planning processes involved in effective sports practices focus. I am experienced and skilled supporting mental health in sport and educations settings to a high quality and working in both a 1-to-1 and group formats.
PhD project with a focus on Youth Development in Sport. Currently research how coaches design and plan sessions to optimise learning and sporting development within elite football environments.
Additionally researching different coaching interventions to optimise learning across the four corner model (physical, technical/tactical, psychological and social areas).
