I am a Sport Psychologist who holds a multitude of roles across the Sport Psychology, Skill learning and youth development spaces. Currently I am the Lead Sport psychologist for 7 sports within Millfield senior School and Supporting England National Touch Rugby with their World Cup preparations. Additionally, I am currently a Postgraduate Researcher at Swansea University, researching expertise development, sports coaching and the design and planning processes involved in effective sports practices focus. I am experienced and skilled supporting mental health in sport and educations settings to a high quality and working in both a 1-to-1 and group formats.
