In this position I was handling incoming and outgoing calls with clients who had issues with their computers and computer systems. I would use my own knowledge and other sources to rectify those issues.

Duties included dealing with large functions and the general public, waiting on tables and taking luggage to residents rooms. During my time at the Golf View Hotel I was able to work well under pressure, use my initiative and work well in a team. I was reliable, able to keep to a strict deadline and had a conscientious approach.
