I am a sport and exercise science graduate, with expertise in human physiology, psychology, strength and conditioning and paediatrics. I am Highly motivated, with extensive experience training varying ages, abilities and fitness levels. I have a drive to deliver engaging, fun exercise experiences, Knowledgeable in evolving health, fitness and nutrition trends.

I am a Dedicated person ready for practical experience in occupational therapy with a Passion for helping others and enthusiasm for learning by doing. I am a Hardworking individual with great written and verbal communication skills and natural rapport with clients and families. Keen problem solver remains calm and flexible under pressure.

I would be the ideal candidate for this role because I'm eager to use knowledge attained in human anatomy and physiology. I am Passionate caregiver keen to learn more in a therapeutic environment. Comfortable catering to immediate patient needs and working towards specific goals.

I'm a keen sportsman who's tried and tested many sports like Mixed Martial Arts which I'm part of a competitive squad in Lancaster, golf and competitive karting. I would describe myself a jack of all sports but am focused on be a master of MMA.
