I am a dedicated and confident newly qualified nurse with experience in adult, acute, and critical care. My training has equipped me with key clinical skills including safe medication administration, venepuncture, and accurate monitoring of vital signs. I am confident in infection prevention and control practices, health and safety compliance, and supporting patients with dignity through end-of-life care. I also value patient education, ensuring individuals and families feel informed and supported throughout their care journey.

Alongside clinical skills, I bring empathy, reliability, and a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes. I work well within a team, recognising the importance of collaboration, clear communication, and effective delegation. I am also motivated to continue developing my leadership and management skills to contribute to improving healthcare delivery.

In addition to healthcare, I have a background in customer service, which strengthened my communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities. These experiences taught me the importance of patience, adaptability, and creating positive experiences for others—qualities I now bring into my healthcare practice.
