Roshni Patel

Putney

Summary

Dr Roshni Patel is a former GP and pharmaceutical medical affairs leader with almost 20 years of clinical and industry experience spanning the UK and Australia. She is now moving towards a new focus – exploring the role food and holistic health play in long-term wellbeing.

Her medical affairs career gave her a rigorous, evidence-based grounding in how healthcare decisions are made at scale. She is bringing that same rigour to a subject close to her heart – food as medicine – as she explores how nutrition, lifestyle and mind-body practices can work alongside conventional medicine to support health.

A dedicated practitioner of yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic medicine, she is building towards a new chapter at the intersection of modern clinical science and ancient healing traditions, helping people live with greater balance, vitality and purpose.
