  • As a Community Specialist Practitioner, I have upheld the Trust’s values and understood the five KLOEs which are used by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) through applying safety, effectiveness, caring, responsive and well-led. These five KLOEs are used to facilitate the quality and safety assurance process .
