• I provide friendly and effective customer service and work to create clear communication between waiting staff and kitchen staff.
• Sometimes I work making drinks, taking takeaway orders, making food in the kitchen or operating dishwashers as well as waitressing to help the smooth running of the teashop.
• Working in all aspects of the teashop gives me a better understanding of multiple jobs and it allows me to perfect the skill of juggling many tasks at once.
• Cleaned coffee machines, toilets and fridges, I have organised defrost, cake orders, storage racks and restocking.
• I work to accommodate the elderly especially by communicating options and orders as clear as possible.
