Oversaw and worked closely with clients on both large and small-scale refurbishment projects as site manager for my Father's construction company, working my way up by utilising my tri-lingual capability to translate accurately between management, workers and clients.


Providing counsel to the General Manager and handled wide variety of tasks such as developing strategies to comply with budget goals and monitoring project progress to resolve any issues that may arise in the designated time frame.

Helping and speaking to customers comes easily as I try to project sincerity making it difficult for anybody to give me a grief which I found to be a universal rule as there were a range of events from sporting events to gaming e-sports to concerts.

Brought forth my experience and high level of customer service to an altogether new genre of nightclubs which had an entirely new demographic and atmosphere but did not impair my ability to go above and beyond my job description.


Continually excelled both individually and also as a team player as I enthusiastically performed tasks on behalf of my bar manager as I acted as a support to other inexperienced colleagues by creating drinks, helping to maintain stock on bar when necessary, then unintentionally finding myself training new staff which came easily when certain of my own knowledge.


Served as a friendly, hardworking, punctual member of staff- having no issue using my own initiative to broaden my responsibilities and become favourable in my workplace to encourage alterations where I saw fit to smoothen day to day activities.

Customer Service Manager (CSM)

Company Overview: Entain own all Coral and Ladbrokes bookmakers.

For almost two years and the remainder of my university life I have upheld employment at Entain as a CSM where I independently presided over the entire shop floor and oversaw all operations.


My Central task was the preservation of our current clientele which took the form of adhering to the Gambling Commission's extensive set of legislation which must be accurately abided in order to retain the establishments betting licences.


On a daily basis, drove meaningful conversations and careful calculations were required on all regular customers by law to be subtly monitored to prevent gambling addictions with pre-set thresholds that depended on age, their income and behaviour. A Breach would result in a nationwide ban so careful consideration and accurate recollection was imperative as you made critical decisions based on contemporary understanding.


My work at Coral came with many responsibilities and risks that were reinforced by layering codes of conduct that meant simple mistakes can become sack-able offences which required high level competence to identify vulnerable customers/ potential fraudsters/ behavioural triggers and money laundering. This required being knowledgeable in the intricate legislation set by the Gambling Commission to provide unparalleled customer service that protects everybody who enters the premises.
