I am enthusiastic and passionate when it comes to improving people's health and quality of life, not just physically but also mentally. I take great care in listening to patients and ensuring their needs are met, taking into account their goals and expectations. Effective and concise clinical documentation is very important to me, alongside conducting an effective yet comfortable initial assessment for the patient to ensure their wants are taken into account. I find time and enjoyment to stay up to date with the current evidence base, ensuring I engage in regular CPD and learning opportunities to ensure I am delivering the most effective research-driven practice I can.
I have a range of experience with respiratory, neurological and musculoskeletal pathologies, in a variety of settings including inpatients, outpatients and community. Where appropriate, I will integrate my knowledge of strength & conditioning into my practice as it is a significant passion and hobby of mine outside of work. I am dedicated to ensuring the best outcomes and progress possible for my patients, building trust and rapport along the way.
