Overview – As part of the Flute Regulatory and Ring Fence Banking requirements, it is required to have complete control including four eyes checks and audit history on all products available to trading desks. Currently, the trading products are being maintained in various excel based sheets. APD application is being written from scratch to give users the control over Approved Products Database under tight timelines to deliver the requirement in time.

Worked as a design lead for developing a Payment processing system in the Asset Servicing application.

Overview – Development Lead running a continuous improvement program which encompasses work requiring quick turn-around and critical fixes to ASPEN which is a corporate actions platform, receiving corporate action events from different sources and provides functionality to scrub those events against market data.

• Team Lead –Managing a globally distributed team of 5 resources effectively. Tasks include work assignments, technical designing, development and review of technical designs and developments by team members.

• Mandatory Technical Upgrades –Managing Java7 upgrades along with migration to Weblogic 1 1g. Managing a "Data Archive" initiative in parallel.

Achievements –

• Successfully completed over 15 releases to production out of which 8 were with zero defects.

Overview – Functional / business flow architect for a multi-year initiative to build a global strategic architecture for processing the Operations Cash Securities business. Additionally, I worked single-handed documenting the global Asset Servicing Control model under rigorous timeline.
