Summary

I am a highly motivated and confident post-graduate physiotherapy professional with more than 18 years of clinical experience, and currently working as an Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist in South West Hertfordshire Integrated MSK service. Using meticulous attention to detail in patient assessments, ensuring accurate diagnosis and strategic treatment management for optimal recovery with positive outcome. Also been utilising Injection therapy skills as part of my treatment intervention in my clinical practice. I am committed to lead an organisation with the aim of making a real difference to the well being of patients and the health service of the future. My core area of expertise has been in treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries. I have always applied the working knowledge of the latest evidence based research and regularly attended various CPD workshops and seminars to provide the most inline diagnosis and treatment to the patients. I firmly believed that apart from biological causes, an individual's psychological make-up and social factors surrounding them plays an important role during the rehabilitation of an individual. A meticulous planning and diligent work ethics has helped me in becoming an accomplished physiotherapist; may it be working single-handily in a clinical set-up or as part of a team in community environment. I enjoyed the feeling of success that came with achieving deadlines, targets and overcoming complex problems both individually and working alongside more experienced and naive team members.
